Overview In this role you will lead a large new build residential project in Berkshire, overseeing delivery from inception to completion. You will work within a qualified housebuilding environment, coordinating across site teams to ensure safety, quality and timely handover of 190+ RC frame units up to 10 storeys. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team and stakeholders to solve logistical challenges on a tight site, shaping the project’s success and the company’s reputation for quality homes. Responsibilities - Oversee the Berkshire new build residential project from inception through to completion
- Manage RC frame construction up to 10 storeys and coordinate logistics on site
- Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Maintain health and safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture on site
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress
- Monitor progress, report milestones, and manage risk and changes to scope
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support integration of project plans with wider program and company objectives
Key requirements - Track record delivering projects for a reputable housebuilder as Project Manager
- Experience overseeing projects from inception to completion
- RC frame construction experience
- Excellent team player and man-manager who can motivate site teams
- Strong technical knowledge
- Good longevity with previous employers
- Health & Safety conscious
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
- Able to commute to Berkshire daily
